Interesting rain water leak found

There's a product that boater's use called Captain ???(Tolly?) Leak Sealer.
It's a very low
viscosity sealer of some kind designed to follow the path of the water in
circumstances
like this. Comes with a hypodermic to inject it into small spaces.
