60 series exhaust leak?

I have a leak coming from a piece of exhaust leading from the manifold to the
pipe that attaches to the muffler,it appears to be a 15 inch long piece that I
think might be a flex joint or possibly even a resonator? It has completely
cracked around the center.
I have not contacted BB or anyone yet, wondering if anyone could enlighten me
about this piece?
