fan clutch switch
Pokey has a dash mounted switch to energize or disengage the clutch for
the engine cooling fan. I assume that this is a retrofit from a thermostatically controlled switch. Other than the obvious (turn it on when the engine reaches operating temp, turn it off in cooler weather or just leave it on and forget about it), is there any reason for this sort of setup. Is it a common thing to do on the FC's? Thanks, Doug Engel. Gunnison, Co, 1981 FC35SB, "Pokey" |
