headlamp assemblies
I failed to mention that I used the headlight refinishing product and they were
definately better and was pleased completely but after a summer in the desert
the last finishing chemical that was applied turned into little flakes and made
the lamps have a crackle finish. I tried sanding and polishing them again with a
little success, but the pits from the sand and rock chips made it impossible to
refinish to satisfaction. That is the reason for replacement.Desert living does
that to these front ends. When I get them changed, I will use the 3M film to
protect them,maybe.
The lamps are 88-91 F150 and Bronco.
