Rear Main Seal
Whether one could physically R&R the trans and rear main isn't the
whole question to me. I had the good fortune of completing a trip on a hook, towed to the Allison garage where someone's college/retirement fund is now much fatter, because the bus shop who did the engine replacement apparently didn't fully understand the procedures for properly installing the MT-643 to the 3208. The flex-plate let go about 2500miles later at a substantial cost. The difference between a good do-it-yourselfer and a dangerous one is the good sense to know when to call in the experts. - Jeff Miller http://www.wanderlodge.net http://www.millercoachworks.com --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "geez_al" > really need to get this rear main seal fixed.
