RE: Summer travels
Ernie,
Montana is always a great place to go. Good scenery. Bruce & Sally, The canyon is a place I could go a whole bunch of times. Williams, about 60 miles south is a great place to stay, if you don't want to stay at the canyon. The railroad RV park is pretty good and taking the train up and back is quite enjoyable. You can easily walk to downtown from there. The other in town RV park is older, not as fancy, nor expensive. The KOA is across I40, so you'll have to drive into town. It's also a little small. Tough to beat the canyon, though. Ed, I haven't been to Sturgis since the 90's. There's certainly great riding all over the area there. Bob, Where do you park when in Denver? The one time I've been, I had fun; but I wasn't in the bird. I have a tough time picturing anyplace close with enough space. So where are the rest of you going?? You can't be staying home!!
