Air Dryer
I just updated my 84 with the AD-9 dryer.
Took it to the local Peterbuilt dealership and had them do it. The old dryer is taller and the new one is shorter. They had to modify the air lines (copper) to make it fit. Took about 4 plus hours. Had them replace a leaking left rear leveler also. Good work but expensive. Bob Lawrence 84 PT36 Tacoma, Wa. Has anyone retrofitted the air dryer with a newer tech spin on filter type dryer. > Do the LXi models have the spin on filter dryer. I am considering this > retrofit.
