Also, all the other states you go through do not say ALL vehicles, they say only
commercial vehicles or trucks... This only happened in MD, where the sign read
ALL vehicles...

That's what I figured. A sign telling RVs to enter the scales is a
whole different thing, and if I ever see one I will enter as asked. I wasn't
RVing in the months just after 9/11, so I never saw any of that.
