Don't' you love it. McMansions built around airports and manufacturing
areas substantially increase your property value. One day of your choice
you will show them the single digit high sign as you roll South in your
toter home or BB, your choice, with a bunch of money in the bank.
In the interim, let them squeal.

My place is zoned manufacturing, have 14k sq ft of building an old farm
house and 100k sq ft of parking lot on 2 1/2 ac. Pisses off the consumers
that built all around me with their McMansions. Zoning is the truth, unless
you live in Houston, then it don't matter as I understand it.
