Aqua Magic Toilet
Keith:
You will need a long blade screwdriver, a long 3/8 drive extension, 1/2 socket and open end wrench. Turn off the water, press down the foot pedal and use the screw driver to hold it in place, that should allow you to get to the front nut. with the seat up, there is a removable plug on the left side near the rear, remove the plug, then useing the extension and socket you can remove the rear nut. up inside there is the input water hose with a clamp, remove the clamp and hose and that should allow you to pull the unit straight up. Sounds like the vacuum breaker is leaking, I would replace both the vacuum breaker and the inlet water valve, then re install.
