Keith,
I had the same problem, the cost of parts was pretty expensive and you still
have a 23 year old toilet.
I decided to upgrade to a new Aqua Magic Style Plus China Bowl Toilet, new in
box with three year warranty. Ordered from "RV Exit [dot] com", $175.00 plus
$19.95 S&H. Received two day shipment.
Wife much happier with the home look as compared to the outhouse look. No
offense intended.
