Electrical relay under sink 84FCSB

Thanks Ralph, I don't believe I have a rediline generator? I can't
seem to find any switches that refer to rediline. I called Bluebird
and the guy told me it was an option. So maybe it's not there. But
why the relay then? And it doesn't explain why the outlets don't
work.
