Lenders for 1984 PT 40???
We bought an 83' less than a year ago and financed it through USAA.
They only needed the VIN and didn't require any diligence. Minimum
down payment required is 10% and I think they would finance to 10
years at competitive rates.

Pretty amazing but then USAA is always amazing me with their cust
service.
