Rear Main Seal
The thing on the valve cover that looks like a can with a 1" hose clamped to it
is a PCV sort of device. Make sure it's not messed up or you will be getting
too much crankcase pressure. I installed one on each valve cover, don't like
excessive pressure down there. It can be disassembled and cleaned up with
stoddard solvent. Be careful to reassemble correctly.

I would try cleaning the crankcase breather screen and see if this doesn,t
cure or help your seal leak. Cleaning the screen stoped my leak.
