Towing Honda Element flat? need info please

I have made up my mind I want buy an Element. It seems the dealers
dont know which years or tranmissions you can tow flat. I have been
towing a CRV for 5 years with no problems. Time for a new car....

Which years can be towed?

Which trannys can be towed?(AWD?)
