A BLUEBIRD BED TIME STORY
Matthew, Greg's response is wrong in my opinion.
A good friend gave you a gift and asked you to enjoy it- just as he did. Honor the mans wishes. Accept his gift and enjoy it. That is what he said he wanted you to do. Honor the mans wishes. Or dishonor the man, sell it, and insult him with dollars selling his cherished coach, and give him raw dollars - minus a 10% commission of course as a raw monetary view of the world - ruining your friendship forever in the process. Pay the man back with kindness, help, concern, and honor of the friendship. Good friends go beyond cash. Do not sell your friendship on either giving nor receiving.
