Cracked wheel
You also need to inspect the lugs and nuts themselves. I have had
two lugs shear off on my FC35 rear axle. These types of things have a duty cycle and every time you hit a bump or take the wheels off they get older. The lugs themselves are about $2/each and are easy for any shop to replace. Heck you can even do it yourself with a sledgehammer (on the side of road) or harbor freight shop press.
