To the best of my knowledge (well not saying much but anyway), most businesses
with large parking lots don't have a problem with you PARKING for the night. Yes there are a lot of businesses that actually go after the RV parking in subtle ways. ie. wal-mart, cabellas, cracker barrell, etc. etc. etc. It's the very few that camp out at these lots that make it bad. If you put it to most folks that its just to catch some rest as you don't feel safe driving without it. Who is gonna say you can't. Surely not the law enforcement. I don't think they want someone ready to fall asleep and wreck on the road, especially thier roads. Big difference between parking and camping. Just use courtesy and if at all possible they will say "no problem & have a safe nap". Mark Nick Stanko Does Camping World offer free over nights like Walmart ?
