Help with light fixtures

Generally the failure item in the florescent lighting systems, in Blue
Birds, is the ballasts. New ballasts are available from Stephen Birtles who is
usually on line at least every day. The new ballasts are relatively easy to
replace and allow you to maintain the existing fixture.
