Would like some idea's or pictures of how to change dinning area
What a nice design. It should work well with plenty of room for all your
equipment. I too am working on somewhere to put my laptop and a printer. Haven't finalized it yet. The problem is I have other concerns. I wonder what we will do when the cable and wireless infrastructure begins to age and becomes akin to the electronics in our older coaches. It fails! When that happens, and it will some day because it is man made, I just hope I am not at Wal Mart with a cart of groceries and no cash. No cash? Crap, they don't carry change and if they did the cashier couldn't count it out without the computer operating anyway.. Keep plenty of food in the coach. Looking into the future. Something to think about. When computers crash these days everything goes dark. Lights go off and curtains fall just like on Broadway. OOOOOh. lol Leroy Eckert 1990 WB-40''Smoke N Mirrors" Niceville, FL Computers drive me nuts because they cannot think. I understand reality. ----- Original Message ----- From: ac7880 To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com Sent: Friday, May 11, 2007 8:54 PM Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Re: Would like some idea's or pictures of how to change dinning area Jon, I am in the middle of a project that removes the table and move location of the chairs, and builds a counter with cabinets underneath for laptops and printer. The counter will be against the wall, we will sit in the aisle facing the counter and passenger side wall. It will work for dining, and for computer work. The table is out, I installed the cabinets under, and the new corian counter top is on order as of yesterday. I have mid point pics up, but it may be hard to visualize until it is complete. I took extensive measurements, laid out tape on the floor for dimensions, and have "tried" it all in advance. The laptops and printer are wireless. I will use a verizon air card for connectivity. The laptops will travel in the cabinets, but come up and out on the counter for use. The printer will stay under. I already have a cell antenna on the roof to use for the wifi modem and verizon air card. http://rides.webshots.com/album/558803468cqtBYQ is the work in progress. Remember I have a wide body, so a few more inches of aisle space to play with.
