Quick braking question.
Commercial drivers manual states that you go down the hill the same speed as
which you came up or think you would come up the hill, that way you should always be in control. Bill 84 FC 35 SB "$quanderlodge" Terrace, B.C. Canada ----- Original Message ---- From: kingmtpg To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com Sent: Thursday, May 24, 2007 2:17:30 PM Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Quick braking question. New guy here again. I purchased a 35' 78FC 3208NA. I would like to know if you experienced guys think that engine braking/compression in 1st gear would hold back this motorhome with a 6000# trailer behind it going down a 6-7% grade? I am guessing not. Thanks in advance and for the other advice as well. Be smarter than spam. See how smart SpamGuard is at giving junk email the boot with the All-new Yahoo!
