Good morning from Duncan Oklahoma:

Charolette brought me home from the Hospital this morning, tired, a pin
cushion and sore, but the bright side is I am still on the right side of
the grass!

The prayers do help and I am the first to admit that, and am humbled
greatly by all the calls, e-mails, help and encouragement for Charolette
that everyone has made. "Thank you all," somehow does not cover it, but is
deeply heart felt.

As it turned out, I had a 99 percent blockage and there has been extensive
damage to the heart muscle, though not fully known at this time as to how
extensive. That will be determined with consultations in the next week. My
cardiologist did mention the fact, that we will be talking about an
implanted de fib unit when Charolette and I visit him on June 5th. We shall
see.

On a brighter side, I was wondering if a fuel pump out of a Bird might
help the "flow" part. Maybe put in a Sporlan valve with a
summer/winter switch? Well the nurses and Dr's did mention that my sense of
humor managed not to wain through the ordeal hey?!

Again, many "thanks" for the much needed prayers. Charolette informed me of
these things from our "Family of Birders" and yes, those prayers, calls and
good wishes did, and do, bring tears to my eyes, but more importantly, a
gladness to my heart.
