Good questions. Contact PMMI and talk with them http://www.pmmi-inc.com/ . I hope that link is correct. I believe Doug is the person. My understanding is PMMI built the control panels for our Birds, for many years. They can most likely repair the clock. I'm thinking you are like a lot of us. We want things to work.
