I believe that George is on the right track. If they are the senders
with one end capped (cable in/out), I have used vehicle speed
sensor/senders I raided out of Prince On Board Computers, they were
also used as cruise-control speed sensors.

Otherwise there is always the old BlueBird parts department, ...
