Another generator problem? Two questions?
Tom:

With 0 vdc on 5 tells me that C relay is not picking up, so I am going to
say it is time to replace the C relay or check the wiring going to it. Be
sure to use a Bosh relay not one that you can get from radio shack made in
china. Terminal 5 is the wire going to the starter solenoid. Bet you could
jumper from a hot 12 vdc source to the terminal strip 5 and it will start
while holding the start switch, it it does start then you know it is C relay.
