Cruise control wiring on 82 Fc
I'm about to replace the vacuum cruise control on my 82 FC with a Rostra
electric unit due to failure of the vacuum generator. There are five wires going to the vacuum cruise control actuator on the engine. Green, white, black, light brown, dark brown. Does anyone who what each wire does? The green is obviously a ground. Where is the brain of the current cruise control and does anyone know how to interpret its wiring? I assume the brain is separate from the actuator on the engine. Is that correct? Kerry 82 FC 35 Denver |
