New Chassis
While wandering around HWH last week, I spotted a frame jig and most
of a new chassis on the floor being mocked up. Installed was a Cummins
ISL with Allison tranny. A liftable tag axle as well as independent
front end with disk brakes. Construction was bridge style.

The next morning I pigeon holed Paul, the owner of HWH and got some
info. Got more info at lunch with one of the salesmen.

Looks like HWH is going into the chassis/coach business. Although the
shell will be available for RV buildouts, they really are designing
abase for emergency command center, police, mobile health etc use.

Designed primarily for 37-38 foot use and heavy weight carrying
capacity. Both sides will feature full length slideouts.

Seems that this is just what many of you have been clamoring for, a
short, well built chassis/coach.

They don't have an availability date yet, but about a year is most
likely to allow for proper testing.

I think they will be successful with this chassis. HWH has good
engineers and PLENTY of experience with all aspects of handling and RVs.
