It may take longer than 45 hours but you won't be spending anywhere near $110/hr. My wife did the installation of our carpet and tile. We shopped carefully for the carpet and tile, found some bargains. We're retired, so time wasn't a problem. Check out her work at <http://home.earthlink.net/~jaowensjr/>.
