Installing new guage.

I got a new gauge same as yours, the sender for the old gauge is not indexed
the same. I got BB to send a new sender, it was wrong it was an 028. When
speaking to Joe Federsal at teleflex, he figured out that the sender that was
needed was an 032. I have not been out on the road since I installed but running
the coach at home base it seems that this is the correct sending unit for the
gauge. Temps seem correct. I told Earl that he had sent the wrong sending unit
and told him to check with Teleflex...The reading for the new gauge and the old
sending unit gauge read 40% higher...

and is a substitute for the original gauge. The index begins with 140 and the
bezel is different. I believe the original bezel can be placed on this gauge but

water temp gauge has the same index (from memory I will verify this w/e) and the
same bezel as the engine oil temp gauge. The genset oil pressure gauge has the

BB sent me a tranny sender for the engine oil pressure gauge. I will put that on
the tranny.
Jim, based on your post should I call Teleflex and order the sender for the new
configuration gauge?

I just replaced many flaky guages on my coach. I got the new guage from BB. the
indexing was different and better. I called BB (earl) to get the correct (new)
sending unit he sent me the wrong one!an 028 I then called teleflex Joe Federsal
and spoke to him he sent the correct one an 032, i called earl and told him that
he needed to check with Teleflex about stocking the correct sending unit for
this guage. The guage is better because it is more presise than the old one.

Bluebird part number 3865334 shows to be in stock at Bluebird today. I will see
if the indexing is the same when I receive it. According to Teleflex this and
