Installing new guage.

You are correct based on what I have learned. Teleflex does not have a retail
department. The Teleflex tech department has been very helpful as has West
Marine here in Fort Walton Beach. BB sent me a tranny sender for the oil temp
gauge . I will install that because I am sure mine is the original. Problem is,
if the computer doesn't have the info, substituted product or otherwise, no one
knows. That is not a knock on BB, that is the electronic world in which we live.
Not necessarily a perfect world.
I will post all the pn's when I get it figured out.

Power went down this afternoon in a Thunderstorm and everything blacked out
including the computer. Same thing happened during Hurricane Katrina for 7 days.
I learned to like cold water.

We are learning, I have not found a dealer that stocks the Teleflex
gages, West Marine will special order ,But your part numbers must be
correct, or you may own the mistake.
BB has gages , but as of my last experiences their sensors do not
match. So it is best to get the correct part numbers from Joe at
Teleflex Marine tech support.

primarily to manufacturers. Boats, motorhomes etc. That is the
