In my experience, none of these problems abount to a hill of beans.

My FC had the dash air disconnected, though the fans still blew for
circulation. Never had a problem with the front roof air keeping me
comfy, even on the hottest southern summer days. Yes, that requires
running the gen while you drive, but on a hot day you are going to
need it anyway as the dash air alone can only do so much.

Levelers are not a huge problem, I replaced the pump motor and one of
the jacks on mine. Sometimes they jest need a good lube to work
right. A rebuilt jack from HWH is about $250 if memory serves, and
the pump wasn't too expensive either. Of course I did save a bunch
by doing the work myself.

The other things (cleanliness, latches, etc) are minor and in my
opinion insignificant.

Just my $.02. None of them are perfect. Working dash air on an FC
is a relative rarity.
