85FC Ebay
In my experience, none of these problems abount to a hill of beans.
My FC had the dash air disconnected, though the fans still blew for circulation. Never had a problem with the front roof air keeping me comfy, even on the hottest southern summer days. Yes, that requires running the gen while you drive, but on a hot day you are going to need it anyway as the dash air alone can only do so much. Levelers are not a huge problem, I replaced the pump motor and one of the jacks on mine. Sometimes they jest need a good lube to work right. A rebuilt jack from HWH is about $250 if memory serves, and the pump wasn't too expensive either. Of course I did save a bunch by doing the work myself. The other things (cleanliness, latches, etc) are minor and in my opinion insignificant. Just my $.02. None of them are perfect. Working dash air on an FC is a relative rarity.
