Perkins - Hello

Thought I’d drop in and say howdy. If you change the fuel filter on
your Perkins, be careful putting the large “O” ring on the filter. I
inadvertently placed mine in a manner that cut the flow of fuel off.
It took about 8 hours of mess’n around to figure that out.

We’re a cuppala weeks from embarking on a 3,200 mile trip from
California through Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Washington,
Oregon and back. We’ll be carrying a Vulcan 1600 motorcycle and
towing a Wrangler Jeep to play with.

This coming week we'll be in the Sierra's for five days and hoping the
Lake Tahoe fire storm calms down. Sorry for the many that lost their
homes.

We’re also anticipating and lQQk’n forward to seeing many of you again
in Quartzite this January. Sure miss the fresh smell of those lit up
plastic palm trees in the morning. Until then, have fun!
