Keep Losing Belts on my 3208

Keep Losing Belts on my 3208
I don't know if you are the same person who posted on this problem in the past,
but
someone else posted about the same problem at one time. It wouldn't surprise me
if the
bearings for the fan pulley are available from CAT. My idler pulley failed last
year and
replacing the bearings was way cheaper than replacing the whole pulley.
Is the belt the right size for the groove? Are the pulleys lined up correctly?
Is the belt
coming off when the fan clutch is engaged or disengaged? Do you have an
electric or air
clutch on the fan? Is it possible the clutch is engaged all the time putting
extra load on
the belt?
