Dish Network versus Direct TV

Dish Network versus Direct TV
I had a similar experience. Called them up and said I wanted service
for my RV first and the house second. The guy shows up with with
one, not three, receivers. After I drive the bus to the house for the
install he tells me, we don't do RV intallations. Okay fine. Just
do the house and leave the receiver for the coach. So he does the
house install and it hasn't worked right yet. I guess I should be
glad he didn't touch the Bird!

I'm sure there are plenty of people who've had a good experience with
them but like you said, I ain't one of the either!

to receive Distant networks. After giving DirectTV all the
information regarding my in-motion antenna, the installer showed up
between 8am and 4pm actually 3pm,at my home with a stationary antenna
for my coach. The coach is 30 miles away and the antenna is a mute
point. I sent him packing and fielded second chance telephone calls
for the next two weeks from DirectTV sales hawkers. Some folks have
problems, I hear some do not, but I ain't one of them.
