Alan,
Thanks for the reply.I think you may be right that the silver box is not the cause! Before I could actually trouble shoot anything, the directionals and hazards are working again. I now have two relays (1 for the left side and 1 for the right side) audibly clicking and working in the access panel above the driver. I still haven't been able to physically locate the flasher. And I am still getting the random clicking from the PMMI silver box (at least thats where I think its coming from).
