seat and shoulder belts
When I removed the seat-belted sofa from my coach, I noted that the
belts were installed to heavy pieces of angle iron (about 3/16") that
were bolted to the floor with 3/8" self-taping bolts. The bolts went
into the steel sub-sub-floor.

The anchor point for a shoulder harness will be a problem, depending
on your seat placement in your coach, you'd need to open the wall(s)
next to the driving/passenger seats and weld in a suitably strong
piece of steel (perhaps a piece of channel or square tube) between
the frame members -- or if you're especially lucky, you may find a
suitable vertical steel frame tube located where the anchor is to be
placed. Even so, it will be necessary to open the wall to find the
frame pieces. While working on my coach, I find that thin steel
plates are used at the joints between the sheets of plywood used for
the interior walls -- if you don't open the wall, this may fool you
into thinking you've found something strong to make an attachment --
but I doubt that these connection pieces are actually robust enough
to trust as a shoulder harness anchor.
