DMV Help?

There's a big gap between "details" and "no information"! At least a few of us
here are registered in California, but it is hard to say if we know anything
about the problem area you are experiencing. Can you narrow it down a bit
without getting to the details? Sales Tax? Clear Title? Weight? Emissions?
Safety? Something else?
