Awning Problem
Not to be the spoiler but I tried the solvent/PB blaster approach.
All it did was run down the inside of the ss steel tube. IMHO there are only two ways to fix it. Heat (I used a propane torch)and brute force or a credit card. Not the best mix of materials but that's what they do. I had ZipDee install new arm assys. on my 83 FC, kinda costly, might be worth it to spend some time soaking and heating. > Mike Hohnstein > Germantown, Wl > 83FC35rb > ----- Original Message ----- > From: D > To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com > Sent: Monday, July 16, 2007 12:33 PM > Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Awning Problem > > > Hello, > > I am wanting to know if anyone has experienced problems with the > telescoping portion of the ZipDee awning not extending.
