Zip Dee question
Bob,
When your awning is closed how is the rafter arm secured? On mine there is a bolt in the main arm extending at a 45 degree angle upward. The hook on the rafter arm is flat against the main arm when stored. If I reversed it the hook would be about an inch away and it would put quite a bit of sideways stress on it.
