What year Bird??? Where are you located???
Clean the area of all fuel deposits., use shop rags , paper towels , clean with carb or brake cleaner, These solvents are really flamable Check all fuel lines from the injector pump to the injectors. Did you remove and replace the entire injector pump???? The throttle rod seal is another high probability. I placed a repair procedure in the files, for this seal repair. Try this at your own risk......
