Fuel filter locations

I see two filters, one curbside and one mounted close to tne A/C compressor. Niether look like the Racor filters I see pictures of. They both look like remote-mounted oil filters with large spin-on filter elements. What am I looking at? Art Weatherly Riverside Ca.
