As I remember, there were three buttons and six copper pins set at a 45 degree angle from vertical. Switches were interchangeable from left/right. Never thought that someone might need one for their 'Bird! I doubt that Chrysler dealers would stock a part that old - you could try though. Best place might be a junkyard ("remember, your 'Bird is running on used parts");-).
