The top hose needs to be disconnected at the radiator. Requires draining a
couple of gallons of coolant. Charge air cooler hoses need to be released
obviously. The assy will swing enough to gain access with the charge air cooler
intact. More movement is available if the cooler and upper curb side mount are
removed. Be cautious not to over stress the lower hose when moving things
around.
A nice selection of "mechanics fingers", 1/4" drive swivel sockets and flex gear
wrenches make the job possible. The "fingers" are needed to restart the hoses,
be careful not to perforate them. It's easy to hate while doing this job.
