Rose Mary,

My fuses for the turn signals are located right in front of your
right knee(when in the drivers seat). I have had that fuse pop twice
in 4 years.

Also, the flasher unit is in front of your left knee, mine was the
diameter of a half dollar and about 1 1/2" long mounted to the dash
by a spring clamp(sorta like the spring clamp you would hang a mop
or broom handle).

My 85PT40 has 2 fuses by right knee. 1 was for flashers, haven't had
any experience with the other fuse.
