turn signals (fuse?)

You've got two kinds of power circuits for the signals.

One circuit is heavy cable that runs up to the those noisy relays in
the upper dash at the left. The relays do the actual work of turning
the signal lamps off/on. If you test with a meter or test light and
see 12v at those relays, then the power circuit is good.

The other circuit controls those big relays. It probably starts at a
breaker in the breaker panel in front of the steering column. It
runs to the signal lever on the steering column and then to the
flasher which should be mounted around back of that breaker panel on
the right when viewed from the front. On mine the flasher looks just
like one from a car. After the flasher there is are small wires that
run up to the control terminals on the big relays. There shouldn't be
any fuse 'cause BB mostly used breakers.

Because you had working signals, you probably aren't looking for a
failed component. Get a strong light and look for anything unplugged
or any wiring that mighta come loose. Also try a different flasher.
