Winter & electric heaters
Ryan,
I'd pull out one of the electric heaters and fiddle with it. You might find they can be brought back to life. Keep in mind that they do not put out high air flow, actually a slight air flow seems about right. Others that have fiddeled with these heaters will chime in. Good luck.
