This 1977FC31 coach is located on Grand Lake in Ketchum, Oklahoma. I
bought it from the second owner's estate. It is in great running
condition. Reman. Cat, excellent rubber, several updates. New
upholstery in front and booth, new front air, two new batteries, new
house water pump, new vacuum cleaner. This model has 5.0 Onan
generator, leaf
springs, levelers by wooden blocks (We call Never-Fails)two airs,
three
furnaces, and 50 amp cord (with reducers)

This Bird has always started with a touch of the key. It has never
stumbled winter or summer. Trans shifts just like it should. Front
end
has been aligned not too long ago. Bearings repacked, brake shoes
were
excellent.

The 31' length is perfect for going wherever you want, but has the
same
power as the 35' The difference is mostly in the kitchen area, so the
living area is the same as any Bird of this year.
