"Remote" cruise-air control?
Has anyone replaced or modified the cruise-air controls to work with a
"normal" thermostat? I've not pulled a control unit off the wall yet, but I'm assuming it's not a standard HVAC wiring... I left for work this morning and, since it was cold outside, forgot to turn on one of my air conditioners. So I get home and it's 100 degrees in the bus. *grumble* .. I know I can turn the cruise-airs on and adjust the temperature dial accordingly, but the silly fans run constantly. Sure wish there was a way to cycle the fans on & off automatically in response to temperature changes like the HVAC in my stick-built home. Anyone know? -Ryan '86 PT-40 8V92 Tri-Cities, WA |
