Dometic refir not cooling well
Well, I went and picked up a 4.7" computer fan from Radio Shack and
have wired it directly to the 'Refir Fan' switch in the coach. It is running now and I have turned the refir back on, we'll see if she cools. It is starting from ambient temp above 90, so I expect it will be at least 24 hrs before I see if the fan had any effect or not. I will post my results. Scott --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Howard O. Truitt" > > Scott, > I replaced mine with an O/E BB replacement fan. The other fellows that used the electronic fans have a good idea that I didn't consider. No more power than the computer fans draw I could see having 2 or 3 seperately wired with power from the fan switch but with different rated thermostats say 85 degree, 100 degrees and 110 degrees this should work quite well. > Howard > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Scott Forman > To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com > Sent: Monday, September 03, 2007 9:41 AM > Subject: [WanderlodgeForum] Re: Dometic refir not cooling well > > > I found the thermostat, but looks like the fan has been removed. > > Scott > > --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Howard O.
