I sent a personal apology to Carole Thacker on behalf of the forum
membership today. I asked her to reconsider her membership.

Here I am welcoming new members daily and seeing unsubscribes too
often. Don't always know the reason, because most won't respond to my
email asking the reason for it.

If this forum is going to be successful, we have to learn to
control our responses. If we can't say something nice and helpful,
just be quiet and move on to some other message.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
